The Promise
If within 30 days of your purchase you decide that the Product is not for you, email support@barnabyrose.com and request a refund. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.
How to Request
Send a message to support@barnabyrose.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include the order number from your Stripe receipt if you have it. We do not require proof of having done the work. We do not ask interrogating questions. We process the refund and move on.
Timing
Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of the request. Stripe usually returns funds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 30 Days
Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please email us first. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support are disputed by us and can damage both of our payment-processor relationships.
